Arris SB6121 Good Signal Levels but T4 Timeouts

My Modem Arris SB6141 has good signal levels: (I think they are good based on the parameters I have read here) Down (Range -8dbmV To -8dbmV) Up (three channels in 54) SNR (Four Channels in 31) But it is having T4 Timeouts ("Unicast Maintenance Ranging attempted - No response - Retries exhausted;CM and ...Ranging Request Retries exhausted") My Plan in Comcast is the Blast 75Down / 10 Up and I am getting Down 2Mbps and Up 4Mbps (Up is faster!!!) Could you tell me what can I do to fix that problem?
