Comcast replaced my Head-In line which got rid of all my line quality related errors, but I'm still getting very slow web page loading; whereas, it takes a minimum of 15 seconds to one minute just to get to a website, then up to four minutes to fully load it. I removed my router and connected directly to the modem, but I still have the slow loading. I have Comcast 1Gb plan and I get a constant 890 down / 42 up speeds. I tried to update the modem firmware, but was told that Comcast handles that. I don't get any buffering errors when watching on-line videos, just the very slow and extremely annoying page loading and surfing. My modem is still under warranty....should I take it back? Any other suggestions?
