SB8200 random reboots, how to debug?

I have a SB8200 that seems to be randomly rebooting every few weeks and I can't figure out why. I've replaced the power supply with a new UL-rated one matching the specs Arris states are required already and I'm hoping for some other options before having to buy a new one. Current unit I had to get used during the pandemic in 2020 because my ISP (Breezeline) was having issues but suddenly wouldn't talk to me unless I got a DOCSIS 3.1 modem and then wouldn't let me put the DOCSIS 3.0 modem back when it didn't fix the problems...I'm hoping to avoid another very expensive modem purchase. I'm wondering if maybe there could be some firmware issue when the uncorrectable/corrected error counts get too high, or the log gets too many errors in it and crashes or something? The counts jump way up several times a day though Breezeline claims the signals "are all green" any time I've complained in the past, and they have more than once told me they can't help with modem issues I need to contact Arris since its "not their modem", and then Arris of course tells me the ISP has full control of the modem to talk to them...so I've been over time trying to self-teach stuff to troubleshoot. Not sure what information would be useful but here's the hardware/software rev: Hardware Version 6 Software Version AB01.01.009.51_080720_183.0A.NSH
